    Nice quizzes. I like them. Now a quick question for you my friend. I am curious how the Endocrine System works. What can you tell me about the Pineal Gland and how it regulates the hormones in the Endocrine System? The reason I ask is the information about how to manage a healthy hormonal balance in our bodies is not readily available. As I age I need a better understanding. I know what you teach about the nervous system and appreciate all the teaching you provide.
