SQUATS AND SQUEEZE
With all the sitting everyone is doing at home ,either for school or work,aches and pains are common.
Add this simple exercise a 3 times throughout your day to improve your energy , strength and posture.
You can use a simple pillow between your legs for squeezing together for 10 seconds as you do your squats..aim for 10-15 repetitions.
